Dress Shirt Pillow Back

I sometimes use my husband's shirts as pillow backs. I button up the shirt, and cut a big square so the buttons run right down the middle. Then I place that right sides together with a quilt block pillow top, and sew all the way around. I wiggle my fingers in to unbutton the buttons, (they'll be on the inside), and turn the whole thing right side out. I insert a pillow form and button up the back. I can change them easily for washing or for the seasons. I try to match the shirt with the background or border fabric of the pillow top. I've also changed the buttons to prettier ones, or at least ones that coordinate with the top.
